The Brain Fitness Club maximizes the health and well-being of persons experiencing early memory loss by providing a therapeutic environment where members can engage in brain-healthy activities and learn lifestyle adaptations.
The Brain Fitness Club offers three 14-week semesters annually, with 28 sessions per semester. Sessions (with individualized programming) usually take place twice weekly for 4 hours each day. The Fall semester starts September 10th.

Members of the Brain Fitness Club have opportunities for:
• Mental stimulation
• Light physical exercise
Graduate clinicians from the UCF Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders provide scheduled one-on-one therapy for each member weekly. In addition, the graduate clinicians prepare individualized cognitive-communicative exercises for members to enjoy at home.
